Today is the anniversary of the day 5 years ago that I was fired (on the phone) from a terrible job, by a terrible boss. I don’t mean to make light of the idea of slavery, because there is no comparison, but it is certainly fun to celebrate every year with the folks I was with when that fateful phone call came. I celebrate the day because now I work for the best boss in the best job I ever had, thus proving once more that every dark cloud has a silver lining. G
